- Job Description Numerator is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring they achieve success with our data solutions and maximize their return on investment - leading to strong renewal rates and growth both within their data investments as well as opening conversations for our other products.
- This individual is responsible for understanding customer business objectives, leading frequent discussions with senior executives across Data, Business Intelligence and Marketing, as well as other functions that work with client data teams (e.g. Sales, Merchandising) to confirm value and discover new needs.
- The Technical Customer Manager will partner closely with core members of our Data-as-a-Service team, especially Sales, Product and Consulting functions, to ensure the client is activating key use cases with their data investment and exploring new use cases for future investment.

- Responsibilities Manage a client relationship from onboarding to on-going realized value against measurable long-term strategic goals to ensure long-term success Establish and execute against a Customer Success Plan that ensures value delivered for the customer over time based on sold Use Cases Consult with customers to clarify data and use case definitions and interpretations.
