- The Talent and Organizational Development Consultant role is part of the Division of Human Resources Talent Management function, which is focused on enhancing and aligning existing and to-be-developed staff development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness activities with Penn's competency model and the University's mission.
- This role requires strong, proven curriculum design and development skills, an ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder functions, and experience deploying content in large, complex organizations.
- Develop self-paced training modules on a variety of professional development, leadership development, DEIB, and organizational effectiveness topics delivered via Penn's LMS and available to all staff 24/7.
- Choose from a wide variety of investment options through TIAA and Vanguard.
