- University Human Resources (UHR) has an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to serve as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
- In partnership with the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition, campus unit leaders and UHR leaders, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for addressing existing and anticipated talent acquisition and staffing needs.
- The incumbent in this role will have the opportunity to support all facets of workforce planning, full-cycle talent acquisition, and the candidate selection process.
- Ability to provide full cycle talent acquisition strategies, including but not limited to, sourcing, assessing, interviewing, presenting total compensation offerings, hiring, and onboarding.
