- This role will have responsibility for identifying, preventing, and mitigating adverse impacts on the entire supply chain operations, as it relates to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, forced labor and compliance with various import/export regulations.
- These responsibilities include extending the risk mitigation process to suppliers and business partners from Tier 1 - 5 suppliers, mapping supply chain through multiple tiers, and supporting our Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) certification program through regular audits and reporting.
- The Supply Chain Compliance Manager will also assist in developing new programs for compliance and risk mitigation to ensure compliance with import/export regulatory requirements.
- Strong working knowledge and experience related to the prevention of human trafficking, child and slave labor, import, export sanctions Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention (UFLPA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and related regulations.
- Working knowledge of OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence).
