- Objective is to receive hands on training preparing manager in training for a management position in another store or future location.
- Working jointly with district manager and store manager in recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging team members under his/her supervision.
- Learn to utilize the electronic scheduling and timekeeping system and the payroll entry functions.
- Monitor professional customer returns for core and warranty abuse.
- Review individual team member productivity and KPI dashboard daily.
