- The Steward is directly responsible and accountable to the Commissary or Snack Bar Manager on duty, and ultimately accountable to the Captain of the vessel while underway.
- The Steward operates the cash register, handles cash and assist with food preparation and packaging.
- Perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, sandwiches, light cooking, frying and packaging prepared foods.
- Valid U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner’s Credential
- Valid TWIC care or must have completed the enrollment process with TSA
