- Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef
- The Dishwasher position reports to and is under the direction of the Kitchen Supervisor with oversight from the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef. S/he in this position will be held responsible for the washing and storing of all pots, pans, cooking utensils, china, glass and silverware and keeping all floors and equipment clean and sanitized.
- If necessary, will sometimes assist in the preparations of any elements needed for service, such as salad dressing, sauces, sandwiches or spreads.
- Removes garbage from all cans in kitchen areas, washes cans when needed and properly disposes of all rubbish.
- Held responsible for working all major club events to include Mother's Day, Easter, Club Fireworks Event, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
