- Your scope will be broad and deep, involving collaboration with leaders to support guiding customers through the entire customer lifecycle, working with other engineers on the team to deliver changes that drive our communications, integrations, tools, and platforms toward our Northstar omnichannel vision.
- Additionally, success in this role requires experience in contact center software such as NICE CXone (InContact), Dialpad, Genesys, or Five9, as well as integrations with third-party platforms such as Replicant or Gong. Due to the highly interdisciplinary nature of this role, and the cross-functional impact of the changes you will drive, you will need to be a respected leader who can effectively communicate, collaborate, and build coalitions.
- Experience developing solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Understanding.
- Bonus Technical Skills: Practical knowledge and experience with modern Cloud Contact Center Platforms such as NICE CXOne, Five9, Amazon Connect, or similar platforms.
