- The responsibilities include representing clients in general practice cases related to legal advocacy, ranging from intake to representation of clients before administrative tribunals, District, Circuit, appellate, and federal courts, and all relevant agencies.
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
