- Our company is searching for a Sous Chef that has the skills and the hospitality to be an asset to our culinary team!
- Job Description: The Sous Chef will work in our commissary kitchen and at various event venues across the area.
- The Sous Chef must maintain inventory of all kitchen items, assist with food orders, and have regular meetings with the chef in planning weekly prep projects, staffing etc.
- The Sous Chef will assist in training, supervising and counseling kitchen staff, checking and ensuring kitchen staff are following daily tasks and executing tasks from Chef’s daily notes.
- The Sous Chef must have an understanding of financial aspects like food cost and labor budget and provide excellent customer service to a wide variety of customers and maintains highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
