- Social services managers are responsible for case management to include family support, siblings at multiple schools, and wrap around services available and provided through the FNSBSD or other local agencies.
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling services, child psychology, or human services.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain within 60 days of employment an Alaska State Licensure, such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- an Alaska Type C Certificate with an endorsement in school counseling, school social work, or related area.
- Must demonstrate knowledge/experience of the effects of trauma and poverty on children currently experiencing trauma.
