- Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented SME Strategic Planner to join our team in the Washington, D.C. This position is fully remote.
- The Strategic Planner facilitates strategic planning working group sessions to develop and/or update OA vision, goals, objectives, strategies, critical success factors, continuity of operations plans, and succession plans.
- Develop communications plans for the Directorate to engage and update internal CBP stakeholders and DHS-level and other external stakeholders on the status of the implementation, deployment, execution and monitoring of strategic planning and other Directorate initiatives.
- Supports business process re-engineering to include data analysis, data administration, data standardization, and records management across all phases of the federal contracting lifecycle (acquisition planning, pre-award, award, post-award, and contract close-out).
- Experience in strategic planning at a DHS agency, including development and implementation of a strategic planning process and working collaboratively with senior leaders on innovation initiatives.
