Responsibilities <ul><li> Ensure all GEM owned equipment is kept operational and in compliance with state regulations </li><li> Develop working knowledge of gaming machine parts as well as equipment operation and repair </li><li> Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to </li><li> Apply conflict resolution regarding gaming equipment issues </li><li> Work as an ambassador for GEM </li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li> No high school diploma or GED required </li><li> Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training required </li><li> Must be comfortable securing, handling, and transporting large sums of currency </li><li> Intermediate computer skills </li><li> Maintain a valid driver's license and must be able to maintain appropriate gaming license in accordance with the State of Illinois Requirements </li><li> General knowledge of gaming regulations </li></ul> Physical Requirements <ul><li> Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time </li><li> Ability to lift up to 70 pounds </li></ul> Shift Details Evening shift Who We Are Delaware North Gaming operates GEM - Gaming & Entertainment Management - Illinois LLC - in Naperville, Illinois.
