Responsibilities <ul><li>Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus and clearly communicate restaurant specials, answering menu questions, and collecting food and beverage orders</li><li>Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures</li><li>Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver the check to guests</li><li>Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen and bar staff</li><li>Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li><li>Experience in cash handling and credit card processing</li><li>Beneficial if you have one year’s experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment </li></ul>Physical Requirements <ul><li>Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as standing, walking, bending for long periods of time, which may include walking up stairs</li><li>Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks </li></ul>Shift Details 8 hour shift Who We Are Delaware North provides food and beverage at Tampa International Airport.
