- The senior project manager will provide oversight management of CIG (Collegiate Implementation Group) project managers, on-site staff, and prospective project managers as they work on specific campus design and construction projects, focusing on technical quality assurance and leadership skills.
- The senior project manager is typically the primary interface with the client and is charged with effectively managing that relationship, as well as engaging in business development opportunities.
- Manages the financial and accounting requirements of client service, to include scope development and pricing, client invoicing and collection activities, and account reconciliation and close-out.
- The senior project manager will manage a team of project managers or other staff on a project-by-project basis.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, real estate management, or related field.
