- The Sr. Petroleum Engineer is primarily responsible for complex evaluations of oil and gas producing properties along with gas processing facilities; determines their present worth value, loan value and loan repayment capacity; relates the results of the appraisals to the Account Managers in order to determine collateral value for each.
- You will perform complex analysis of individual well historical performance and processing facilities using petroleum economics software (PHDWin 3.0 or Aries).
- You will review outside engineering reports and company product sales, income and expense reports.
- You will utilize and maintain commercial online databases (IHS) and software applications used primarily by the engineering department.
- The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering and 10+ years’ experience in oil and gas industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
