- Provide technical solutions for the Human Capital Management (HCM) platform to balance security, supportability, and usability and manage Workday HCM. Create computer systems for complex, integrated enterprise platforms for advanced and complex reports, dashboards, and analytics impacting over 60,000 employees.
- Plan, design and deliver new Workday integrations across modules to support operations including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, IAM, ITSM, Training, and Recruiting/ATS. Assess existing complex computer systems integrations for performance trends and deliver performance improvements while reducing complexity of interfaces.
- Maintain advanced technical and industry trend knowledge, including on-line discussions, brainstorms, voting, training, and webinars.
- Support Business Process Design, Security, Reporting, BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool), HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, and Integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering or closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted) AND
