- The Marketing & Commercial Strategy team is responsible for driving consumer demand and helping achieve business goals (revenue, attendance, occupancy, and guest experience) for the Disneyland Resort.
- The Senior Marketing Strategy Manager will contribute to the development and execution of consumer-facing marketing campaigns for the Disneyland Resort, in partnership with cross-discipline teams, to deliver business goals for each assigned area of focus.
- Demonstrating critical thinking and team leadership skills, the Senior Marketing Strategy Manager will guide communication planning rooted in consumer insights, exhibit sound creative judgment, and drive go-to-market innovation, activate unplanned revenue-driving programs, identify new market opportunities, manage ongoing performance and optimization, and drive integration and collaboration.
- Drive business results by developing and implementing integrated marketing plans that incorporate strategic planning, consumer insights, best practices, and innovation across various channels (e.g., digital, social, traditional media, etc)
- Analyze our business’ performance, needs, risks and opportunities, and recommend insights-driven solutions to address gaps in forecast or competitive marketplace
