- Partner with management team on employee relations/union grievances, business initiatives, and overall support of daily HR operations.
- Participate in and oversee all aspects of HR: Recruitment, employee/labor relations, compliance (federal, state & local regulations), training, payroll, safety, and office management.
- Position reports to the President with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Vice President, Human Resources, with New-Indy Containerboard.
- High quality HR generalist background with specific experience (minimum 7 years) in union/labor relations, talent acquisition, and compliance.
- PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
