- CIS designs and manufactures a wide range of products, which include secure telephones (under the TSG protocol), secure computers (TEMPEST), encrypted tactical communication systems, secure tele- and video-conferencing systems, and a variety of specialty systems used in secure networks.
- Provides leadership and support to Program/Functional Managers and employees in the areas of employee retention, policy interpretation and implementation, conflict resolution, and compensation and benefits analysis.
- Prepares ad hoc department reports for management, detailing employee information/HR data, as needed.
- Performs other projects and duties as assigned by the VP of Human Resources
- PHR/SPHR (or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP), strongly preferred
