- The Sr. HR Generalist will ensure the efficient operations of task and duties handled through the HR Department.
- The Sr. HR Generalist will oversee the management of the workers compensation program and LOA benefits as provided by TRL Systems.
- Actively participates and oversees the development and management of the company HRIS. Understands system operation, develops, and creates system tools and features to serve both the employee and HR compliance requirements.
- Develops guidance and provides regulatory and policy advice and assistance on workforce relations matters such as workers compensation, LOA, unemployment, etc.
- Identifies needs as they arise and works closely with the HR Manager to adjust policies and or procedures for compliance.
