- This role will report to the Vice President of Operations.
- Lead TSL’s 90-day onboarding process and implementation, and conduct “early day check ins” to ensure new employees’ onboarding experience is positive.
- Foster a culture of equity, support the design and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives/programs across the firm, as guided by TSL’s leadership team.
- Manage requests/changes for time off, leave or needs within payroll/HR systems.
- Lead ongoing effort to measure, learn and understand TSL employee experience and engagement, in an effort to identify successes and areas of opportunity.
