- Description: The Senior Benefit Specialist - Client Relations provides program support to VB clients directly and by managing the day-to-day operations of the client account which is achieved by collaborating with the team on client deliverables and expectations, managing the profitability of the team’s block of business, looking for ways to cross sell within the account, providing strategy to increase participation and managing the client financials to ensure profitability.
- ACCOUNTABILITIES:Supports the client and the team on day-to-day support, ensuring that all client deliverables are met on time and as expected in the statement of work.
- Integrity and Accountability)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited, to the following: Manage the budget by creating and revising client’s new business, value adds, chargebacks, revenue shares and splits documenting and saving them to appropriate folders.
- Create annual client-specific financial reports and save to appropriate folderManage client management document, project plans and open items log (meetings, RFP process, communications, implementation, technology build, timeline, etc.)
