- The Senior Academic Program Coordinator for the Dana Center’s Literacy First Early Literacy Intervention Program is responsible for implementation of the K-2nd grade reading intervention program that engages paraprofessional (District Capacity Building/AmeriCorps) literacy tutors in under-served schools in Central Texas.
- Support, coach and provide consultation to partner LEAs/Organizations and assigned partner Lead Coaches to ensure program fidelity (i.e., reading specialist or instructional coach).
- Experience managing or supervising staff or volunteers, especially in an early literacy program
