- This person is responsible for driving sales through education and support of the Sephora Stores in the New York CIty region, as well as building the love of MAKE UP FOR EVER with Sephora teams and fostering a positive brand perception.
- Responsibilities SALES:Achieve retail sales objectives through the education of Sephora Beauty Advisors and management.
- Partner with Sales & Education Executive to create regional sales initiatives, leveraging education to drive a positive ROI.Build partnerships with store leadership to ensure store visits are scheduled to drive maximum business impact.
- Plan in-store coverage during key store hours with SEE.Understand and respect the Sephora Beauty Advisors, Assistant Managers, Managers, and Store Director Roles, ensuring communication with the appropriate partners to affect change When Sephora procedures do not resolve concerns, escalate the issue to the Sales & Education Executive.
- Observe, investigate, facilitate and follow up on all aspects of Gondola management, including Visual Merchandising and Inventory; relay information to SEE.EDUCATION & ARTISTRY:Be an outstanding role model for education and artistry skill and lead by example.
