- The Schlegel Sales Representative is responsible for generating new sales opportunities, lead conversion, customer acquisiton and driving growth for our aggregate product lines.
- This role will be responsible for managing both project and fixed customers to identify the best opportunities to grow both volume and revenue for limestone aggregates and sand and gravel.
- Overtime, the Schlegel Sales Representative will become a subject matter exporter for external customers and serve as an antenna for the organization regarding the competitive landscape and opportunities within their region.
- Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations colleagues to build a plan to drive sales growth throughout the region, establish regional sales goals, track, analyze & monitor results
- Develop an opportunity pipeline to support regional sales goals for accelerated growth in the south region
