<p>What you'll be doing:</p>
<ul>
<li>Build and nurture relationships by making outbound calls to establish your book of business</li>
<li>Sell and close deals with new and existing customers to meet their freight transportation needs</li>
<li>Utilize negotiation skills to determine pricing with shippers and carriers</li>
<li>Manage daily shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while addressing any issues that arise, 24/7/365</li>
<li>Open and proactive communication, both internally and externally, maintaining transparency and trust</li>
</ul>
<h3>What you need</h3>
<ul>
<li>College degree preferred, but we have successful Sales Representatives without one</li>
<li>A strong work ethic and the determination to outperform your peers</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflicts effectively</li>
<li>The ability to work in an office equipped with the latest technologies</li>
<li>Prior sales experience is preferred, but we value individuals with diverse backgrounds who can bring fresh perspectives</li>
<li>A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations</li>
