- The Sales Experience Analyst II will partner with the sales team, customer and field support operations team, IT team, analytics team, finance teams and other teams who support sales to optimize the sales process corresponding sales enablement tools.
- This position will play a crucial role in the strategic development of technology and tools that will reduce overall administrative burden across sales-related operations ranging from CRM/CPQ to EDI operations, and more.
- Analyze, develop, and report on usage and effectiveness of operational systems that facilitate ease of doing business with Penumbra (CRM/CPQ, for example).
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and other teams to gather and track continuous feedback on sales enablement tools from the field.
- Manage regular prioritization exercises for various sales enablement apps
