- You will act as a key strategic partner to the VP of Group Sales, along with the broader sales leadership team.
- Own the Group Sales program from start to finish, serving as the point person for Group Sales enablement projects
- Example: Phone sales skills, sourcing, delivery, negotiation and closing
- Regularly spend time with front-line managers and reps to understand the reality and build revenue enablement deliverables to meet their needs and improve performance
