- Partner with Channel leadership and Channel Sales Enablement to identify and prioritize Channel Partner focused enablement needs like Onboarding, Channel Processes, Channel Sales Development Tools, Assessment, and Continuing Enablement
- Collaborate with the NICE CX Enablement and Channel leaders to design, implement, deliver, and operationalize required sales related enablement programs for specific channel learners across all partner types.
- Program formats includes eLearning, webinar, experiential exercises, workshops, classroom-based delivery, and product demonstrations as required.
- Support software and program enablement needs related to the Channel Sales team
- To Land This Gig You'll Need: 3+ years direct SaaS sales, customer success or Sales/Revenue Enablement experience Demonstrated success within rapidly emerging technology companies
