- The Revenue Enablement team is looking for a learning and development professional with a background working in and/or creating enablement programs, tools and training content for sales, partner, and non-sales related roles.
- Reporting to the SVP of Revenue Enablement, the Sales Enablement & Experience Director will be responsible for designing, creating, launching, facilitating and measuring learning programs and modules that deliver on a set of outcomes and requirements for both the business and the learner.
- Strategize and design sales methodology, sales process, and sales plays
- Learning methods may include: classroom, reading, eLearning, webinar, roleplay, stand and deliver, teach-back, guided selling etc.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, sales operations and sales enablement to define sales learning and development requirements
