- An SDR manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of demandDrive SDRs and their production on our client projects.
- They will be the main point of contact for SDRs and are responsible for ongoing training (or coordinating training sessions with our training team), monitoring SDR activity levels, and lead production.
- The SDR manager will also be responsible for account management of our client programs, which will entail delivering weekly reports to clients highlighting SDR activity and lead production, as well as executing weekly or bi-weekly meetings with clients.
- The SDR manager will report to the Senior Director of the Client Success team.
- The SDR manager will be responsible for implementing any strategy changes developed by the Senior Director team.
