- The Sales Compensation Analyst will engage in key business partnerships with field sales leadership to develop incentive compensation plans and territory structures that drive growth and support client’s strategic sales objectives.
- Responsible for the calculation and accurate payment of incentive compensation in a multi- divisional complex field sales organization.
- Oversee, design and develop incentive compensation plans for a multi-channel and multi-divisional field sales organization that align with established financial and business models.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculation, validation and payment of incentive compensation plan components and bonus commissions.
