- We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Compensation Analyst who will be primarily responsible for administering various Bonus and SPIFF programs including overseeing system calculations, process manual adjustments when required, and other related inquires.
- Successful candidates will have experience with Xactly Incent or similar commission system software.
- This position will report to the Sales Compensation Manager.
- Primary Responsibilities● Administer global data input including but not limited to the New Hire Success Program, various monthly and quarterly SPIFF programs and other programs that may require manual adjustments.
- Assist with UAT testing for Xactly system enhancement and the implementation of annual sales comp plans programs.
