- The Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for the administration and execution of all sales compensation programs, including the sales incentive compensation program, SPIFs, and sales contests.
- Support the authoring and execution of role-based Sales Incentive Compensation Plan Agreement Letters which are signed by Sales colleagues.
- Assist in the calculation and allocation of quotas to each Sales colleague as the basis for their Sales Incentive Compensation plan.
- Investigate and answer questions from Sales colleagues related to the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan and their resulting payouts.
- Analyze market data to identify, evaluate, and recommend potential Strategic Account and National Account targets.
