- The Retirement Plans Manager works with the Total Rewards team to execute strategy for the benefits and wellness programs.
- Execute retirement compliance requirements including annual ERISA Plan Audits, annual government disclosures/filings, Summary Plan Descriptions, internal audits, non-discrimination testing and determination of highly compensated employees.
- This includes responsibility for understanding and ensuring compliance in the plan administration function with all applicable federal and state laws such as Davis Bacon, ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code
- Partner with accounting to forecast Retirement Plans 401(k) match and company contribution expense as needed
- Oversee employee communications through multiple delivery channels
