Perks of being on the Team! <ul> <li>Unlimited earning potential </li><li>Unlimited growth potential </li><li>PTO after 90 days </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Vision insurance </li><li>Company-paid Life Insurance </li></ul>Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store. </li><li>Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills by inspiring, engaging, and motivating the team to succeed. </li><li>Create a work environment where all employees can excel. </li><li>Always deliver exceptional customer experience. </li><li>Fully understand and assist in educating personnel on the compensation plan and ensure employees know how to maximize sales. </li><li>Partner with the District Manager and other appropriate parties to successfully launch new products, services, or processes. </li><li>Ensure that employees are properly trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence. </li><li>Assist departments such as Human Resources and Loss Prevention in internal investigations. </li><li>Assist on the sales floor in order to be available for coaching and developing store personnel. </li><li>Schedule and staff to budgeted hours as assigned. </li><li>Ensure the team is providing a clean and inviting atmosphere for customers. </li><li>Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, procedures, reports, documentation, and policies. </li><li>Respond in a timely manner to all communications. </li><li>Ensure timely completion of required training within the store. </li><li>Always ensure the protection of assets. </li></ul>Qualifications Job Requirements<ul><li>Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales) </li><li>Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams </li><li>Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards. </li><li>Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others. </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs. </li><li>Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax. </li><li>Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes radius from the home store when needed. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance. </li></ul>Shift: <ul> <li>8-hour shift - Weekdays and every Saturday </li> </ul>
