- You will serve as the primary client contact on your projects, and lead internal teams in the research, analysis, and solving of structural and waterproofing deficiencies in a variety of structures including high-rises, historical buildings, parking structures, plazas, water-retention structures, tunnels, and bridges.
- You will participate in all phases and aspects of a project, such as forensic investigation, behavior evaluation, repair design and budgeting, preparation of repair documents and construction administration.
- Maintain, market, and promote restoration and forensic engineering consulting services to new and existing clients.
- Professional license or ability to become licensed in architecture, structural engineering, or civil engineering.
- Willingness to travel in the Mid-Atlantic region, with occasional travel for conferences.
