- Conducts return to work meetings and colleague related meeting i.e. investigations/issues improvement notes/disciplinary hearings.
- Responsibility for all department statutory requirements including food safety, hygiene, health and Safety, fire safety, employment, financial and environmental.
- Identifying key opportunities for improvement in product ranges, including slow moving stock and communicating back to Buying.
- This role will require a hands- on and visible role in the training and development of front of house colleagues with emphasis on coaching and mentoring individuals at all service levels.
- It is desirable that you will have an understanding of table booking systems.
