Ability to mentor coach, teach and give feedback.</li></ul><ul><li>Commitment to food quality, recipe adherence, and consistency. Has a strong grasp of health and sanitation requirements and runs a Neat, Clean and Organized kitchen.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of cost controls within food cost and labor deployment of hours.
