- In collaboration with partners, communities and those with lived expertise, we work to transform the child welfare system and create structural changes that are anti-racist and affirming of all families.
- This position will support the evaluation of the Alliance for Child Welfare Excellence, a partnership with the Department of Children Youth and Families (DCYF) providing training and education for licensed caregivers and the child welfare workforce.
- This position will promote evidence informed child welfare policy and practice by reviewing research literature, coordinating evaluation projects, designing data collection tools, conducting data analysis, and sharing findings to inform program development.
- Minimum of two years of experience working in a child welfare, youth and family services, program evaluation, research or analysis setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting equity and inclusion, anti-racism and social justice.
