- Administers, coordinates and performs compliance responsibilities for Title VI, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Prevailing Wage programs under the Davis-Bacon Act on behalf of Fort Bend County, and the Fort Bend County Internal Compliance Program.
- Coordinates and monitors Fort Bend County compliance with state and federal laws, regulations and guidelines that prohibit discrimination, specifically Title VI, ADA and Davis-Bacon.
- Develops and posts communication on complaint procedures and provides related forms for anyone who alleges discrimination or harassment, or violates prevailing wage requirement for federally funded or non-federally funded project as required.
- Conducts and coordinates, with the County Attorney’s Office and other relevant departments, investigation of Title VI, ADA, and Davis-Bacon complaints according to Fort Bend County complaint procedures including interviews, review of documents and other duties, as required.
- Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
