- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), Behavior Support Plans and skill acquisition programs under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA.
- Assist BCBA with observations and data collection for assessments
- Assist BCBA in analyzing and interpreting data
- Work towards gaining and maintaining Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board-Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
