- Prudential's Group Insurance is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales leader who is experienced in group insurance sales, producer territory management, producer relationship development, sales and pipeline management, profitable growth strategies, and talent management to lead a regional sales team responsible for Middle Market (Premier Segment) and National Accounts group insurance sales.
- The Regional Vice President of Sales will be accountable for achieving the assigned sales goals and profitability objectives for their assigned region.
- The Regional Vice President of Sales will assign clearly defined goals and objectives for their individual sales team members and will have ongoing performance and coaching discussions with their direct reports to ensure that goals and objectives are being met.
- Work closely with Underwriting, Product, Service Delivery, Claims, Contracts, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver market competitive solutions to support increased revenue while achieving established pricing/profitability targets
- Be a role model for our leadership behaviors and execute on our overall talent management and brand strategy.
