- The Refugee Case Manager is a non-exempt position responsible the provision of services to refugees and eligible clients that lead to their self-sufficiency and integration.
- The Refugee Case Manager will be responsible for the completion of enrollments, assessments, client eligibility determinations, service plans, and client data collection in order to help refugees and their families achieve success in their integration into life in the United States.
- In this role the Refugee Case Manager will also work across programs such as Preferred Communities, Refugee Employment, Refugee Resettlement, and other refugee programs.
- Determine the needs for medical, legal, mental health, employment, educational and social services.
- Maintain and document in case files for each client in accordance with funder regulations and as required by the agency.
