- Human Resources supports the mission of Wesleyan University by providing services and programs that attract, develop, and retain a highly qualified and diverse workforce.
- Reporting to Director of Talent Acquisition and Employment, the priority for the Recruitment Partner is to source and recruit active and passive candidates to increase the diverse makeup of the University’s staff and to support assigned staff searches.
- Utilize proven traditional, non-traditional recruitment and sourcing techniques including social media and cold calling candidates to build talent networks and pipelines.
- Any and all offers to external applicants are contingent on the candidate’s completion of a pre-employment background check screening to the satisfaction of Wesleyan University.
