- Founders is looking for an engaging and passionate individual to join the Human Resources Department as a Recruitment Coordinator located at our Corporate Headquarters in Lancaster, SC. The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- This position is primarily located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Lancaster, SC, with periodic travel throughout Founders' market areas (upstate and midlands of South Carolina; Charlotte, NC; Monroe, NC).
- The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating interviews, conducting pre-employment assessments, and managing the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Represent Founders at career fairs, community events, and networking events to expand talent pool.
