- Position SummaryBell Shelter provides crisis, bridge, interim, and transitional housing for single adults experiencing homelessness in the City of Bell, CA. We provide a broad range of individualized services for our clients, including individualized case management; health/mental health referrals; employment services; educational/vocational services; life skills training; licensed residential drug and alcohol treatment; and permanent housing assistance services.
- Reporting to the Shelter Program Director, and collaborating with the Director of Bell Shelter Site, Director of Clinical Programs, Business Manager, and program managers, the Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining continuous quality control for the programs and facility, including through the design and maintenance of a variety of reporting tools and mechanisms, ensuring adherence to funder service and reporting requirements.
- Function as in-house HMIS and SAGE specialist for Bell Shelter staff and participate in regular HMIS and SAGE trainings.
