- Reporting directly to the Chief of Public Safety, and in a support role to the Public Safety leadership team as needed, the Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Public Safety is responsible for administrative support as it relates accurate calendar and scheduling, timely response to general department inquiries, assisting in coordination of meetings, responsible for department communications, dissemination of case reports, and other office administration functions for the department.
- Assist with phone and other correspondence as needed by the Chief of Public Safety.
- Assist with Chief of Public Safety with meeting minutes [weekly department meeting minutes, committee meetings, task/follow-up management]
- ASR, Sex Offender Registry, First Responder Binders]
- Moody Bible Institute is a Christian-based Higher Education and Media Ministry.
