- Performs evaluations for adults with a variety of psychological disorders including adjustment disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse disorders, and personality disorders.
- Selects and provides the most appropriate psychotherapeutic techniques in providing quality care, including evidence-based care for mood, anxiety, and substance abuse disorders.
- Provides a full range of therapeutic interventions including a commitment to use evidence-based psychotherapies for a wide range of mental health disorders, but particularly fluent for evidence-based treatments, delivered via group and individual psychotherapy modalities, face to face, and via telemedicine equipment.
- Participates in program evaluation, including contributing to the collection of pre- and post-outcome measure data for individual and/or group psychotherapy.
- Education: Have a doctoral degree in psychology from a graduate program in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System (PCSAS), or the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) at the time the program was completed.
